WEAVING, FINISHING AND PACKING
PH Tekstil's own production in Denizli
Yarn Sourcing
1. Yarn:
PH Tekstil purchases yarn from specialist yarn suppliers. Cotton cultivation and yarn spinning are upstream supply-chain stages and are not carried out by PH Tekstil.
Dyeing at Partner Dyehouses
2. Dyeing:
The yarn is dyed by PH Tekstil's partner dyehouses in the colours of each design.
Preparing the Threads
3. Preparing for weaving:
Back in PH Tekstil's facilities, the dyed yarn is warped and prepared for the looms.
Weaving & Quality Control
4. Weaving:
PH Tekstil operates its own weaving production in Denizli, Turkey, with 30 jacquard and dobby looms: 20 jacquard and 10 dobby. The looms weave peshtemals, jacquard designs and terry fabrics.
Washing & Fringing
5. Finishing:
Depending on the product, woven fabrics are washed, fringed or hemmed, sewn, finished and prepared for packing.
Confection & Packaging
6. Checking and packing:
Products are checked by PH Tekstil's quality control and packed for shipment. Orders start at 100 pieces in total, mixable across all products, and can also be supplied under your own brand.
